As a therapist, I have accompanied many clients and the core of my practice is learning to trust yourself and make decisions that empower your life.
During your therapy journey, we will work together towards a life you always wanted but didn't know how to create. Our sessions will be centred around expressing and understanding yourself and developing coping skills in an environment of understanding, kindness and empowerment at your own pace and in your own time.

Mindfulness and Self-Compassion
True compassion starts with kindness towards oneself. Embracing self-compassion, mindfulness, and authentic connections is the foundation of mental well-being. Mindfulness fosters present-moment awareness, enabling you to navigate challenging times with greater clarity and resilience.

A 13-minute guided meditation offering loving-kindness toward yourself, a neutral person, a loved one or a difficult person. Includes bell sounds - best with headphones.

Our work is tailored to your specific needs and goals, moving at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering.
